Join us in Palm Harbor, Florida at Orangetheory Fitness for an innovative and challenging new workout. With upbeat music, great staff, and a motivational gym environment, you have the right mix for a workout that produces the results you desire.
Sessions at Orangetheory are fun and led by our experienced personal trainers. Each session is 60 minutes long and divided into intervals of cardio and strength training which include treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, TRX suspension training, free weights, and floor exercises.
During your workout, you will be fitted with a heart rate monitor which will be used to measure your progress and efficiency. Our workout has been designed to keep you within a targeted zone, and the heart rate monitor lets your gym trainer know how you are doing and helps keep you accountable as well. When you are able to keep within the targeted zone, your metabolism is boosted and your energy is increased—resulting in what we like to call the Orange Effect. This equals more energy and extra calories for 24-36 hours following your Orange 60 session!
Our workouts have been designed for all fitness levels, whether you are conditioned or de-conditioned, as the intensity of our workouts are based upon your own heart rate. Whether you have a desire to tone up and lose weight, or would like to increase your power, strength or speed, Orangetheory is the perfect environment to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Visit our website or give us a call at (727) 288-9901 to book your gym session with our Palm Harbor, FL studio, which is located within the Highland Lakes Plaza. Experience the Orange Effect for yourself—your first Orange 60 session is free!
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
